IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL
POSTURE & MOBILITY WORKSHOPS
Long hours at a desk can take a toll: tight shoulders, stiff hips, nagging back pain. These classes are built to combat that, giving your team simple tools to feel better in their bodies right away. Each workshop kicks off with a quick chat to set the focus and expectation, then flows into guided movement that’s easy to follow, energizing, and tailored for all levels. Each workshop ends with a 10-15 minute Q+A session.
No workout clothes, no equipment, no pressure. Just practical movement anyone can do standing or seated at their desk. Classes are offered virtually or in person, and can be booked individually or as a series. From easing daily tension to learning how to move smarter, these sessions help your team feel stronger, more mobile, and ready to take on the day.

Mobility is more than flexibility, it’s the ability to move your joints through their full range of motion with control, strength, and stability. In this class, we’ll focus on simple, effective bodyweight exercises designed to strengthen your entire body and support better mobility. Whether you sit at a desk all day or are simply looking to move with more ease, this session will help you feel stronger, reduce stiffness, and improve how you move through daily life.

Good movement isn’t just for the gym, it’s essential for everyday life. In this class, we’ll break down foundational movement patterns like squatting, lunging, rotating, and upper body pushing and pulling. These are the same patterns you use when getting out of a chair, picking something up, or reaching overhead. By learning how to move with better form and control, you can reduce pain, avoid injury, and feel more confident in your body, whether you're working out or just moving through your day.

Corporate Workshop FAQs
Do we need to wear workout clothes?
Nope, but it’s recommended to simply where clothing that is comfortable to sit, stand and twist.
Do we need equipment?
Nope, every class uses only bodyweight and common office furniture like desks and chairs.
Do we need to do all six workshops?
You can sign up for any number of classes, but done as a series (all 6) is most impactful. They can be scheduled at any cadence that fits you and your teams needs (once a month, Bi-weekly or during your weekly all-hands meetings etc)
Will you travel for in-person workshops?
Of course! I am based out of NYC and can drive or take transit to parts of New Jersey as well. For travel requiring flights, please inquire. All travel outside of NYC will have added travel fees.
Can you make adjustments for injuries?
Always! Variations can be made for all exercises and all levels.
