Get Stronger & Build Muscle: Cycle One

This program cycle goal is functional hypertrophy. This means you will train to increase muscle size but also to get stronger and more powerful! Strength training incorporates heavy lifting and powerful tempos in order to get stronger and hypertrophy involves lower intensities and a higher volume of work. So, functional hypertrophy marries the two (so cute) so you can perform at a higher level.

And because I want you to lift weight safely and confidently for a lifetime, I’ve designed these programs to improve your power, joint stability and neuromuscular strength.

Get Stronger & Build Muscle Cycle 1 Macrocycle Includes:
- 4 Programs lasting 4 weeks each
- 3 Workouts in each program
- Detailed explanations of how to read program variables and understand the training parameters.
- Lifting Schedule

Necessary Equipment:
- Dumbbells
- Barbell
- Lifting bench
- Lying and/or standing hamstring curl machine
- OR **Cable machine can replace ALL above equipment listed**
