Cycle 2 builds on Cycle 1, and the goal remains consistent: build muscle while maintaining strength. In this cycle, you’ll take on increased sets, new rep schemes, and progressed exercises. Every detail has a purpose.

This 4 MONTH cycle is designed to enhance:

Programming Details:

  • Upper/Lower Split - Each month alternates between having 2 upper and 1 lower body or vice versa.

  • Workout Length - Workouts range from 40-55 min but can be decreased by removing sets or increased by adding sets, if desired.

Required Equipment:

  • Dumbbells

  • Barbell

  • Lifting bench

  • Lying or standing hamstring curl machine

  • Cable machine

  • Cable machine (like Tonal) can replace all required equipment
